Silly signs humor me. And so does our blogger buddy Maine who normally does not delve into politics on his site but whose posts are always good for a laugh. Today, however, Maine's post happened to capture both in a sort of humbling way, and I encourage you to check it out.

Dude, I'm all about the politics. Just usually in a non-polarizing, easily-relatable way. I don't, like, comment on the latest beltway filibustering tactics (I leave that stuff to the pros and more informed), but I try to slip a little bit of liberal rhetoric in there at least once or twice a week. :)
That way, I involve the non-politically-inclined to start thinking about things they normally wouldn't, and, hopefully, to consider taking some action.
And... I think I'm done talking about myself and my latent writing techniques here. Thanks for the nod.
Maine - That's dudette to you, dude! Actually I think you do an impressive job infusing politics in your humor. Subliminal almost. Anyway, you're welcome for the nod. It was too good a post not to share. :)

Gabriel - I thought it was just me! It's not time to sign off for Turkey day just yet, dammit! White castle reminds me of Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle, which prooved you have to be high to crave it. That movie made me laugh.
My hubby kinda shamed me into a day-off from blogging. So here I am just sneaking into a few favorites. *should be ashamed for cheating here* So it was a slow day in blog world? Who knew? I fit right into a trend. Never happened to me before.
