Get her a trampoline but tell her to tape her breasts with duct tape when she is around twelve or thirteen and is jumping on the trampoline with neighborhood boys. It will keep her in good shape and she can pactice kicking boys in the crotch while jumping.
Lots of books and no premium cable channels until she can actually understand what is going on on them. ;)
