so the new york times reported that christian groups have asked them to change aspects of the movie.
Studio officials have consulted with Catholic and other Christian specialists on how they might alter the plot of the novel to avoid offending the devout. In doing so, the studio has been asked to consider such measures as making the central premise - that Jesus had a child with Mary Magdalene - more ambiguous, and removing the name of Opus Dei.I for one will be very grumpy if they give in. once again the religious right is trying to dictate what I should be able to see. why can't they get it through their head...IT'S FICTION!

the fourth movie will be PG-13. hopefully by the time we get to 'the half blood prince' we will get a NC-17 violence, sex and nudity fest!

michael douglass wants to remake war of the roses with his wife catherine zeta-jones. first of all...why would you want to make a movie about divorce with your wife....second...michael douglass doesnt deserve catherine zeta-jones...third...why would you remake one of your own movies...fourth...michael douglass doesnt deserve catherine zeta-jones.

so it seems that thomas hayden church is rumored to be playing chamilian in spiderman 3. so here is the kicker...topher grace is also playing chamilian. which I am sure judging by the name chamilian you can figure out how 2 actors play the same person.

anyone that took the DaVinci Code serious needs to have their head examined.
it's a beach read pulp fiction novel with a fast moving story and 6th grade level writing.
did I enjoy it? yes, it was a fun read. but that's it!
and I agree, if the studio gives in to the religious freaks, then they are major pussies.
CZJ is too hot for Michael Douglas.

I only had time to watch the Confederate States of America trailer, and...wow.....just, wow. It'll be interesting to see the reaction of certain groups after this movie.
I can see why Michael Douglass wants do-overs.

Nevermind the math, Sylvester Stallone LOOKS as old as Burt Reynolds. They should just call it Rambo 4 - Cocoon.
I'll bet the same religious freaks who are pushing to alter the Da Vinci Code's storyline to make them feel all warm and cozy are the same group pushing to have Cookie Monster eat carrots instead of cookies. I say to them, you don't like it? Well, too bad. Go find something you do like and leave the rest of us to enjoy things in the original format as they were intended to be.

That CSA movie looks a bit redundant, like it's a one note movie. I hope they focus on some of the other things that'd be different post-Civil War aside from slavery. Like, there'd be a near complete lack of major cities for one.
Obscure fact: they actually already shot a Caddyshack 3, as well as an Airplane 3. Both were too awful to see release. Like Corman's Fantastic Four movie, they were tax write-offs and rights-extension maneuvers only.
