WE CAN'T DRIVE IN NJ

...well everyone accept me.

a new study shows that:

The Northeast has dumbest drivers
Test shows 1 in 10 licensed U.S. drivers don't know basic rules. In the East, 20 percent fail quiz. The state of Rhode Island leads the nation in driver cluelessness, according to the survey. The average test score there was 77, just eight points above an ailing grade. Those in neighboring Massachussets were second worst and New Jersey, third worst.

yeah...we can't drive....but we are proud of it. we don't care. we go where we like...when we like...DEAL WITH IT!

DRIVING RULES? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' DRIVING RULES!

plus we got tony soprano! we rule!

I've never been to Rhode Island, but if their drivers are any worse than Massachusetts' (and they are, according to the survey), they should all have their licenses revoked. Better yet, they should be thrown in jail.
