so sadly the season finale of 24 is on tonight.
I just want to back track for one minute and make a simple observation.
isn't it kind of funny (maybe funny isn't the word) that the liberal turns out to be a homosexual druggie who so stupid that he unwittingly gives secrets to terrorists just to get laid...then cries like a baby for acceptance from his daddy.
then again...if you are liberal you must be on drugs, gay and not care about national security. right? (insert sarcasm here please)

Strider's right. This season was chock full of references to our current political climate. Torture for info, presidential reactions (or lack thereof), just to name a few more.
But it hit too close to home when
terrorist leader, Marwan, said that because we, as a nation, blindly follow our President in his zeal to impose his ideals on other countries, we are by default making ourselves less safe and are now going to pay the price.
Damn....
Regardless, I'm both looking forward to tonight's finale and depressed at the same time, because while I'll get 2 full hours of Jack *dreamy smile*, this is it until next season *sad frown*.
did anyone else catch the 24 cast on charlie rose? i got the end of it. seemed pretty good. kiefer, the chick that plays his audry, tony and marwan were all on.

swingingpuss I agree with you 100% that it is not all bush creating terrorism but I do submit that fighting "terrorism" is impossible. "terrorism" is a tactic. it is like saying we are fighting a war on sniper attacks. it is a method not a cause.
I do not deny that things our government agencies can prevent terrorism but we need to realize that stories like abu grab ass prison and flushing korans and thousands of Iraqis dying doesn't help our cause. in the end we are blamed for it whether it is our fault or not.
but what do i know
i do know 24 rules.
